Refund policy

RETURNS

We always promise to do our best to ensure our customers are happy and we hope that you are pleased with your order. In the event that you are not happy, please contact us via email, with your order number and reason for returning so we are able to offer a refund or exchange.

You are able to return your items within 30 days of purchasing them but please be aware that they must be in an unused/unopened condition. When returning an item, please quote your order number and we will be able to provide you with the address to return your product to.

Please note we do not offer refunds for original delivery cost or return postage.

When returning items, please ensure that you return them safely as we cannot accept responsibility for any products that go missing or arrive faulty/not in original condition.

INTERNATIONAL

We do not offer any refunds or exchanges for international orders, however if you happen to receive an item that is faulty then please send us an email with the fault and your order number and we will be able to refund you. However, any border force payment received when you return your item will be deducted from the refund total.
