Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All of our products are shipped using Evri (formerly Hermes UK). Please note that we do not take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit so please take this into consideration when placing an order.

DELIVERY

All items are handmade to order and we aim for all orders to be processed within 3-7 working days (not including weekends), however, this can increase to 10 working days during busy periods, for example, when launching a new item or collection or during a sale. Should you require an item for a specific date, please contact us via email and we will be more than happy to see if we are able to accommodate this. Once items are completed, they are dispatched the same day. From this point we aim for the package to be delivered within 2-4 business days for standard shipping.
